Course Information: Phys Activit and Stress Mngt  (82592)

A course focusing on the development of physical activity and relaxation programs that help students to manage and cope with stress in their lives. The course consists of two hours each week of physical activity and relaxation application and one hour each week exploring the nature of human stress response. (1-2-2)

Required Materials:   Olpin, M., Hesson, M. (2010). Stress Management for Life (3rd ed.). Belton: Cengage Learning. ISBN-13: 978-1-111-98725-1 2nd edition is okay. ISBN-13: 978-0-324-59943-9
