Course Information: Organizational Behavior Mgmt  (26252)

This Couse provides an overview of the field of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). OBM is one area of Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on behavior in the workplace. This class will review how the principles of Behavior Analysis are applied in business and provide specific examples of how performance management works. In addition, the effectiveness of common practices within the work environment will be evaluated.
