Course Information: News Writing & Reporting  (80075)

This hands-on course builds on skills for digital/print and broadcast news reporting using techniques, including interviewing, observation and data evaluation. Students learn to identify credible information sources, including people, documents and online data. They practice representing that information comprehensively, accurately and fairly in text and broadcast stories and multimedia production. Students will be better positioned for jobs in digital/print and broadcast news.
