Course Information: Org. Theory & Behavior  (20764)

This course will provide the student with knowledge of a variety of topics in organizational behavior and organizational theory, including human behavior at the level of the individual, the small group, and in organizations. Organizational structure is examined, as well as individual and cultural differences, group dynamics, power distribution, structure, environment, and technology are discussed in relation to the effectiveness of organizations. Enrollment requires permission of the Director of Graduate Programs in Business.
