Media Writing Lab

This hands-on lab reinforces writing skills, including Associated Press style, inverted pyramid format, extended inverted pyramid format, leads and other skills. Students will cover campus events and contribute other stories to Tiger's Roar and other campus media. Upon successful completion, students will be better equipped for upper-level courses. Writing skills are foundational for the media industry, regardless of the platform.
