Strategic Management

The course integrates the subject matter of several disciplines in solving comprehensive, multi-faceted management problems at the strategic policy-making level of the organization including ethical and international implications. This course requires a knowledge of accounting, finance, marketing, economics, organizational theory, quantitative and behavioral decision-making, planning, and control methods. The implementation, and evaluation is the focus of the course. This course is the capstone course for graduate business administration students. Enrollment requires permission of the Director of Graduate Programs in Business. Prerequisites: MBAP 6001, 6011, 6021, 6051 and 6071 or concurrent enrollment in last semester.
