Course Information: Class Piano II  (20779)

A functional skills course for students with some keyboard experience. This course contains a balance of new information with material that reinforces concepts from previous chapters. The emphasis in this course is in intervals such as augmented, diminished. There is continuation of chord progressions with the addition of major and minor seventh chords. This is a continuation of major and minor scales, keyboard technique, and theory and sight reading. Students will learn practical piano skills that they can apply to their own field of study.
