This course integrates foundational concepts from individual and organizational behavior and leadership theories to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles for personal and professional success. It aims to develop students' essential skills to demonstrate the ability to think critically and solve problems typically encountered in professional settings. Students will investigate key aspects of professionalism including time management, communicating with diverse audiences, and working collaboratively. In addition, students will explore the expectations of working in a digitally connected society, the art of networking and interpersonal relationships, and the ethics of leadership within professional and community contexts.
