Digital Systems I

A comprehensive study of binary and hexadecimal numbers, Boolean algebra, truth tables, Kamaugh maps, and combination logic using basic gates. Flip-flops, counters, registers, encoders, and decoders are also presented. Circuit simulation software is used in both classroom and laboratory work. (2-2-3) Prerequisite: ELET 3101K
