Course Information: Hospitality Management  (80850)

This course provides an overview of the principles of hospitality management. Students will be introduced to the key areas of hospitality, including food and beverage, lodging, transportation, conference and event management, and tourism. The course will also introduce management concepts such as guest relations, service delivery, leadership, revenue management, management information systems, and human resources within the hospitality industry.
