Course Information: Housing and Community Develop  (22449)

This course introduces students to the challenges and opportunities emerging from disruptive urban technologies and the most important principles for smart urban infrastructure and healthy community development. Students will aspire to create and implement real-world urban development models that strengthen an understanding of private and public sector linkages, the role of markets, market failures, and historic patterns of power and inequity to develop innovative solutions for smart land use planning, infrastructure, and real estate development that enhance the quality of lives for existing and future urban communities.
